Because you or your elderly loved one deserves the best care possible.

Not all Home Care Services are the same.  Our Staffing Specialists at AIDECAST have over 40 years of combined experience successfully pairing Certified Home Health Aides with clients based on necessary skills and experience for long term care.  We believe that the aides assigned to care for our loved elders should be like family.  They should be familiar with the culture of the client, be knowledgeable of medical conditions clients may be suffering from, and be compassionate.

Our Private Pay Home Care Services are for families that expect the highest level of care for their loved ones.  Services are provided by top tier Certified Home Health aides that possess several years of experience and the proven skills required to keep our loved ones comfortable and safe in their homes and out of long term medical facilities.

At AIDECAST, we recruit many Certified Home Health Aides, but reserve only the finest Home Health Aides to service our private paying clients.  We conduct thorough background and employment checks on all candidates that apply for employment through our agency.  We are very selective on which aides we present to our private paying clients for consideration.  All candidates we consider fit for the job are presented to the client and/or family for an interview upon request.  This is to ensure all parties are in agreement of the terms and expectations prior to starting an assignment.

Our office is located in the heart of Forest Hills, NY.  Our Private Pay Home Care services, Companionship services and Housekeeping services are available for clients that reside in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx, Nassau County and Suffolk County, NY.
