AIDECAST provides recruitment services to private paying clients in need of assistance in their homes.  We do not guarantee employment to anyone.  Applicants are welcomed to sign-up anytime.  Signing up does not guarantee an interview or employment.  It is simply how job seekers can express interest in working for a private paying client in need of caregiving or home cleaning services.  If we find that your experience, skills, location and/or availability aligns with the needs of a client, we will contact you to schedule an interview at your earliest convenience.
